I recently got good job and is really going to help my family especially financially. My husband suggested we look into budgeting for a nice vacation for the end of summer. I suggested Disney world since my son is 5 and there would only be 3 of us we could do it very affordable. While his sister found out about our plans and shes been wanting to send her family of 5 there for years and kinda wants to "share our vacation". I dont want to do this because it will result in us baring the brunt of there costs.
I understand they really want to go and I love and care about them a lot but my SIL has not worked for over 3 years by her choice and isn't interested in looking for work until her youngest is in school which will be 2 more years from now. It took me over a year to find this great job and I dont want to seem selfish but I dont feel like my first real vacation with my family should be including an entire other family. Also even if we could (which we can't) afford to pay for there flight and hotel ect if we did aany extras they would want to two and it would just make for akward situations.
